Summer Glau

 Glau's first television appearance was as a guest ballerina in a 2002 episode of the show Angel. The role caught the attention of director Joss Whedon, who then had her on his critically acclaimed but short-lived TV show Firefly as River Tam, a role she reprised in the sequel feature film to the show Serenity. Glau had applied previously for the Power Ranger (White Wild Force Ranger alyssa Eile) part in Power Rangers Wild Force, however, she was beaten by Jessica Rey. She was Shelly the high school senior, in the episode Sleepover. She also appeared on the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode, "What's Eating Gilbert Grissom?" ", and season two of The Unit as Crystal Burns (the girlfriend of Jeremy Erhart). Glau was Tess Doerner (a paranoid, psychotic returning character) in season two of The 4400. From season three, she became an recurring character. She was also in the horror comedy film Mammoth. Glau was also a part of ABC Family Television's movie The Initiation of Sarah. Glau played Cameron Phillips in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The series premiered on January 13 in 2008. The seventh episode of the show, "The Demon Hand" included several scenes that featured Glau, in character as Cameron was seen dancing in ballet. In the second season's episode "Allison From Palmdale" (season 2), Glau played Allison Young who was Cameron's human doppelganger. Glau played herself on a CBS episode in 2009 of The Big Bang Theory's situation comedy.
